Hard Lesson Learned: Not All “Christian” Content Creators Are Christ-like
Some lessons hurt, and this one still stings.

Some lessons hurt, and this one still stings.
Not everyone who posts Bible verses is living the Book. Not every “trad” account is rooted in truth. And not everyone who calls themselves a Christian actually walks like Christ.
I’ve seen “Christian” content creators lie, manipulate, and destroy people behind the scenes.
That includes me. I’ve messed up too. I’ve hurt people. I’ve fallen. I’ve sinned. Grace covers, but scars remain.
But lately, I’ve seen a new wave—celebrity Christians who love the spotlight more than the Scripture.
One account in particular—someone I used to think walked in grace—recently posted about their former church, calling it a “f***ing cult.”
This, from a so-called traditional, conservative voice.
That’s not discernment. That’s bitterness dressed up in virtue.
Hebrews says Lot was righteous. Was he perfect? Far from it. But God justified him.
And when Peter tried to ask Jesus about John’s walk, Christ said:
“What is that to thee? Follow thou me.” (John 21:22 KJV)
We can’t always know who’s truly saved and who isn’t.
But we are told how to test:
“Ye shall know them by their fruits.” (Matthew 7:16 KJV)
Here’s the fruit I’m seeing: gossip, pride, ego, cruelty—masked by icons and incense, hashtags and halos.
But Christ will not suffer a fool long. The wheat and the tares don’t grow together forever.
So here’s the hard truth:
Not all “Christian” content is Christlike.
Not all “trad” voices are trustworthy.
Not all who say “Lord, Lord” will be known by Him.
Look at the fruit.
Test the spirits.
And if you’re walking through this mess heartbroken like I am—fix your eyes on the only one who won’t fall:
Jesus Christ.
If this resonated with you, consider fueling the mission:
Your support builds more than content—it builds conviction.
If nothing else, share this with someone who needs to hear it.
