They Say I Worship the Bible. Maybe They Just Don’t Like What It Says.

I saw a comment the other day.

A reader—kindhearted, genuinely concerned—asked:

“Are you desperate for money?”

I don’t blame them for asking. I’ve been more vocal lately about building our war chest. About needing support. About funding this mission.

But the answer is no—I’m not desperate.I’m driven.

What I’m building here with The Biblical Man—alongside my wife with Biblical Womanhood—isn’t a content hobby. It’s a counter-attack.

We’re raising kids. We’re printing our own curriculum out of pocket.I still work a full-time job.And every extra ounce of time, energy, and grit is going into this mission:

To equip families with the unapologetic, unflinching truth of God’s Word—before the world gets to them.

So no, I’m not desperate. But I am calling for backup.

Lately, a certain quote has been making the rounds again:

“The Bible isn’t the fourth member of the Trinity.”

And it’s usually followed by a warning against “Bible worship,” “bibliolatry,” or “making an idol out of Scripture.”

Let me be real with you:

Most of the time, that’s just soft language to justify rebellion.

They’re not protecting the glory of God.They’re dodging the authority of His Word.

They want the comfort of spirituality without the confrontation of Scripture. They want Jesus as a vibe—not as the Word made flesh who commands, rebukes, and reigns.

No—I don’t worship the Bible. But I submit to it with everything I’ve got.

Because God didn’t leave us to follow dreams, goosebumps, or vague impressions. He gave us chapter and verse. He gave us truth that cannot be broken.

“All scripture is given by inspiration of God…”

(2 Timothy 3:16–17 KJV)

“Thy word is truth.”

(John 17:17 KJV)

This matters. Not just theologically, but practically.

Because this generation is dying from truth starvation.Kids are getting discipled by TikTok and baptized by cultural rot.

And when pastors get squirmy about saying “thus saith the Lord”—Guess what fills the silence?

Chaos.

That’s why I write. That’s why we built Before the World Does. That’s why we’re launching a private Telegram resistance group for paid subscribers. And that’s why I’m asking for support—not to survive, but to scale.

This isn’t a tip jar. It’s a sword fund.Every dollar helps us print more curriculum, publish more truth, and build the community of bold believers we desperately need right now.

We are not desperate. We are resolved. And we are moving forward—with or without applause.

If this mission has blessed you—If this message stirs something in you—If you’re tired of watching the church fold while the world feasts on our silence—

Then fight with us.

Every dollar matters.Because every dollar fights for a family. And every post is written with one goal:To lift up God’s Word without compromise—before the world does.
